TAYLOR JOSEPH

Taylor serves as the Executive Administrator at IN2GREAT, where she supports the organization through content creation, financial management, and client support. She joined IN2GREAT as an intern in the fall of 2022 and has officially been part of the team since January 2023, helping keep projects on track and supporting clients.

Taylor is passionate about creating efficient processes, solving problems, and supporting the work that helps leaders and organizations grow. She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Toledo and her master's degree from Tiffin University.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, as well as her dog, Scooter.
