Nicki McLeod brings over 25 years of experience equipping individuals, leaders, and teams with the tools they need to grow, develop, and unlock their full potential. She is the co-creator of Clarity Based Leadershipā„¢, a system designed to help leaders build cultures of clarity; where people are engaged, developed, and fulfilled. As a Master Certified PI Trainer, she uses people data to uncover strengths and align individuals, teams, and organizations for success. Nicki is driven by her passion for equipping people and fostering strong leadership.
Nicki co-authored her first leadership book,Ā Leading to the One, in 2023 and currently serves as the President of IN2GREAT.
She and her husband of 30 years enjoy adventures in the great outdoors and spending quality time with their three adult children. Their weekly Friday dinners are a cherished tradition, bringing everyone together around the table for connection and conversation.
