Jack serves as our Clarity Based Leadership™ Specialist, bringing 37 years of executive leadership experience in public education and a passion for helping leaders build cultures where people thrive. He retired after a distinguished career that included 14 years as Superintendent of Perry Local Schools, where he was committed to developing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and helping people reach their full potential.

Jack began his career as a business teacher and coach before serving in a variety of leadership roles, each reinforcing his belief that an organization's greatest opportunity lies in the capacity of its people. Today, he partners with leaders to help them engage, develop, and equip those they lead to reach their capacity and create cultures of clarity.
