JACK THOMPSON
CBL Specialist
Ā JackĀ retired after a fulfilling 37-year career in public education, including 14 years as superintendent of Perry Local Schools. He began his career as a business teacher and coach and went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles, consistently drawn to developing people and strengthening organizations. Jack earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Youngstown State University and brings both practical experience and deep reflection to his work. A lifelong learner with a competitive spirit, Jack is passionate about helping leaders unlock unused human capacity and build clarity at all levels. He is grateful to work alongside Nicki, Bob, and the exceptional team at In2Great.
