BEN STODDARD

Ben Stoddard is the Principal at IN2GREAT, where he partners with leaders and organizations to unlock performance, strengthen culture, and build high-performing teams.

He brings over 15 years of experience across business and NCAA Division I and professional athletics, with a background in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Prior to joining IN2GREAT, Ben served as Director of Growth at TFO Wealth Partners, a multi-location family office managing over $12 billion in assets. In that role, he led firmwide growth strategy, business development, and talent and culture initiatives, while developing leaders and driving performance across the organization.

Ben’s foundation in leadership and team building was shaped through his experience as a collegiate and professional soccer player and Division I coach. He played a key role in building nationally competitive programs, developing All-Americans and professional athletes, and contributing to championship-level teams.

At IN2GREAT, Ben leads efforts to scale the firm’s impact, expanding the delivery of its leadership and performance solutions. He works directly with leaders to define what winning looks like, align teams around a clear vision, and build the systems and behaviors required to execute. He combines real-world business experience with a coaching mindset to help organizations turn potential into performance.

Outside of work, Ben’s life is centered around his family. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married for over a decade and have two children. He enjoys anything competitive, fitness-related activities, and time on the lake with friends and family.
